At Everything Under the Sun, we stand behind the quality of our premium graphic tees. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident wearing designs that spark laughs and conversations. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works.
Return Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from odors, stains, or damage, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
• You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order designs (due to their unique nature)
• Sale, clearance, or limited-edition items (unless defective)
• Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
• Underwear or intimate apparel (if offered in the future)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at [your-support-email@everythingunderthesunnn-2.myshopify.com] (or use the contact form on our site) within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photos of the item (especially if damaged/defective), and the reason for the return.
3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item (we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon approval).
• Use a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx recommended) and keep your tracking number.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
Inspection & Refund Processing
• Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3–5 business days.
• If approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method for the product price only (original shipping is non-refundable).
• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
• Store credit is available upon request for faster resolution.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return request process and clearly state your preferred exchange item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund + original shipping reimbursement.
International Orders
Return shipping costs are higher and the customer’s responsibility (unless defective). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
3. Products, Pricing & Orders
• Product descriptions, images, and colors are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly due to screen differences or production.
• Prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will notify you promptly.
• All sales are subject to acceptance and these Terms.
4. Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods offered through Shopify’s secure checkout. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (or your address for local pickup, if offered).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including original graphic designs (such as our signature tees and special editions), logos, text, images, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Everything Under the Sun or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our designs or content without prior written permission. Purchasing a tee grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to wear and display it personally — not for resale or commercial use of the artwork.
8. User Content (Reviews, Photos, etc.)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it on our site and marketing materials. You represent that you own or have rights to the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everything Under the Sun and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
